All About Me...

What makes me such a Happy Bunny?

Some of my earliest memories start in the kitchen with my Mum baking cakes, my Dad's (somewhat dubious- see the beautiful bunny cake>>>) cake decorating, my Grandma Gladys' Pies and Scones or Grandma Joan's Tea Loaf.
Baking is such an important part of my life that I used it as an excuse not to go Vegan for years. Fortunately, the scientist in me took over. Now I love spending my spare time experimenting with traditional recipes to create amazing new vegan alternatives. I'm so lucky to be able to turn my hobby into my job with Happy Bunny Bakery.
